Portion of land may divide into new survey under section 86 of MLR CODE 1966
Under s/22 of MLR code, Lands may be assigns for special purposes, when assigns, shall not be otherwise use without sanction of Collector.
Section 67(2) The assessment fixes under the provisions of this Code upon such land.
Sub(3) of s/67 Assessment fixes under the provisions of this Code upon such land, shall be liable to assessment. Assessment means to evaluate tax liability.
Entry of survey numbers, sub divisions in records s/84 Maharashtra Land
According to S/84 Maharastra land Revenue Code 1966, entry of survey numbers. The area and assessment of survey numbers, sub-divisions of survey numbers shall be enters.
