The up land Revenue Code 2006 section 29 to section 42 chapter V states about MAINTENANCE OF VILLAGE RECORDS S/ 30 Amendments of Map, khasra.
नक्शा तरमीम 30(2) यूपी भू राजस्व
In this section 30 is for the Maintenance of Map and Field Book, which states, minjumla number shall be divided physically.
And corrected, any errors or omissions which are, from time to time, detected in such map or field book (khasra).
यूपी भू राजस्व की धारा 30 जो यह बताती है कि मिलाजुला नंबर, नक्शा आदि का सुधार या बटवारा भौतिक रूप से राजस्व विभाग के द्वारा किया जायेगा।
धारा 30(2) का अप्लीकेशन SDM के समक्ष दिया जायेगा, जिसपर जांच, तथा यदि कोई आपत्ति है तो उसको सुन कर सुधार किया जायेगा।.
Section 30 of up land Revenue, Amendments of Map, khasra
Under this section 30(1) the Collector is under the duty to maintain the map and khasra of each village annually or at such intervals as may be prescribed under the code.
All changes in the boundaries of the village or survey number regarding any error or omission shall also be corrected from time to time detected in such map or khasra.
Section 30(2) of this act states that The minjumla number shall be divided physically in the manner prescribed and revenue records including map and khasra shall be corrected accordingly.
This application is filled before the SDM of your land jurisdiction with your supportive documents of your land records.
The Application shall be checked means scrutinize by the Revenue officers, and opportunity shall be given for objection if any. Physically divide by revenue officers and correction in map.
Gram sabha land amendments of Map & khatuni mutation for development of village, bhumi prabandhak samiti
Gram sabha land are also known as the land of Panchayat means government land in local language. The land such as navin parti, banjar, usar etc may be used for the development of village use.
In every Gram sabha there is a Bhumi prabandhak samiti who look and management of gram sabha land. This bhumi prabandhak samiti.
Members are the ward member of the village, chairman of this samiti is Gram pradhan. And in this circle Lekhpal of the village act as the secretary in regarding land management of Gram sabha.
The gram sabha land also go through with same procedure as under Section 30(2) of land Revenue.
A meeting of Ward members and of villagers which is chaired by Gram pradhan of that village. All the discussion and proposal given by the members and villager shall be recorded in karywahi register and bhumi register. And shall be mentioned into kary yojan of the Gram sabha.
After the conclude meeting all presented members and villager shall make there signature on register mentioned above. The presented Lekhpal and Gram pradhan shall also signed to this register along with there seal.
In bhumi register of Gram sabha The proposal and discussed land shall be specified and be signed with majority support of Ward member. Proposal specified land for development shall Presented before Lekhpal and he present before SDM.
Objection time shall be given if any and shall be decided by SDM on proposal made my Gram sabha in majority meeting.
After all the hearing land shall be allotted and Gram sabha take possession for the development of work as mentioned in karywahi register.
Essential of section 30 up land Amendments of Map, khasra
This section 30 of this code, there are few important essential are that the Land shall be physically divided along with map and field book.
There shall be minjumla number means a gata number in which there are several land holders name. And there is no any specific demarcation that may specific holders possession on physically and on map.
Example of 30(2) up land Revenue by Gram panchayat
Suppose A Gram panchayat need of a land for the development of Panchayat bhawan for office work at one place into village.
In regard of this Gram panchayat held a open meeting in which all villagers and ward members and Gram prashan shall present.
The proposal may be discuss before panchayat of Gram sabha and voting with majority signature shall be made. And all the proposal shall be mentioned and recorded in writing into karywahi register of village.
And Bhumi prabandhak samiti of village in which lekhpal reduce in writing the specification of land proposed by Gram panchayat ward members and gram pradhan. The majority shall be and signatures shall be made of all in favour.
After all this bhumi prabandhak samiti Lekhpal present before SDM of proposed land for Amendment of map under 30(2).
And under section 24 of up land revenue land shall be demarcated, and all the obstacles shall be removed and gram sabha take there possession.
