Here the facts are, phagua has taken the loan of Rupees 400 from hasrat bhai. She executed a sale deed in favour of Hasrat after getting loan from hasrat. She phagua also with sale deed executed an agreement of re- conveyed when she repay amount within 3 year. But she fail to pay within stipulated time.
And after this hasrat got his name recorded and sold the property to Ram lal, Shyamlal and Pyarelal by a registered sale deed for a sum of Rs 400/-.2
