Section 226 of up land Revenue Code 2006, Any person who encroaches upon or causes any obstruction to the use of any public road (including chak road) path or common land of a village. Or
Any Person who fails to comply with any order or direction made by the Sub-Divisional Officer under subsection (1) of section 23. Or
Person who Fails to comply with any order or direction made by the Tahsildar under section 25 or section
26.
Or any person who fails to comply with any order made under section 42 or section 48. He shall be liable to a fine which in a case referred to in clause (a) shall not be less than 1,000 rupees and not exceed 10,000 rupees.
And in any other case shall not be less than 500 rupees and not exceed 5000 rupees.

उत्तर प्रदेश भूमि राजस्व संहिता 2006 की धारा 226 के अनुसार, कोई भी व्यक्ति जो किसी गाँव की किसी सार्वजनिक सड़क (चक रोड सहित), पथ या सार्वजनिक भूमि पर अतिक्रमण करता है। या उसके उपयोग में कोई बाधा उत्पन्न करता है।
या कोई भी व्यक्ति जो धारा 23 की उपधारा (1) के अंतर्गत उप-विभागीय अधिकारी द्वारा दिए गए किसी आदेश या निर्देश का पालन करने में विफल रहता है।
या कोई भी व्यक्ति जो धारा 25 या धारा 26 के अंतर्गत तहसीलदार द्वारा दिए गए किसी आदेश या निर्देश का पालन करने में विफल रहता है।
या कोई भी व्यक्ति जो धारा 42 या धारा 48 के अंतर्गत दिए गए किसी आदेश का पालन करने में विफल रहता है।
वह जुर्माने का दायी होगा जो खंड (क) में निर्दिष्ट मामले में 1,000 रुपये से कम और 10,000 रुपये से अधिक नहीं होगा। और किसी भी अन्य मामले में 500 रुपये से कम और 5000 रुपये से अधिक नहीं होगा।

Every person referred to in sub-section (1) may be required by the Sub Divisional Officer or the Tahsildar, as the case may be.
