Section 221, Right to inspect All documents, statements, records and registers prepared or maintained under this Code, or the rules framed there under.

Shall be open to inspection during such hours and subject to such conditions and on payment of such fees as may be prescribed.

And any person shall on payment of the prescribed fee, be entitled to obtain the certified copy of the such document. Or any portion of any such document, statement, record or register.

यूपी भू राजस्व की धारा 221 या इस संहिता के अधीन बनाए गए नियमों के अधीन तैयार या अनुरक्षित सभी दस्तावेज, कथन, अभिलेख और रजिस्टर । ऐसे समय के दौरान और ऐसी शर्तों के अधीन तथा निर्धारित शुल्क के भुगतान पर निरीक्षण के लिए खुले रहेंगे ।

और कोई भी व्यक्ति निर्धारित शुल्क के भुगतान पर ऐसे दस्तावेज या ऐसे किसी दस्तावेज, कथन, अभिलेख या रजिस्टर के किसी भाग की प्रमाणित प्रति प्राप्त करने का हकदार होगा।

ऐसी शर्तों या प्रतिबंधों के अधीन रहते हुए, जो विहित किए जा सकें, इस संहिता के अधीन नियुक्त कोई अधिकारी किसी भी समय ऐसे लोक सेवकों के साथ ।

किसी भूमि पर प्रवेश कर सकेगा, जिन्हें वह इस संहिता या तत्समय प्रवृत्त किसी अन्य विधि के अधीन अपने किसी कर्तव्य का पालन करने के लिए आवश्यक समझे।

Any fee, fine, cost, expense, penalty or compensation payable to or recoverable by the State Government.

A Gram Panchayat or other local authority under this Code or any other law for the time being in force.

May, without prejudice to any other mode of recovery, be realised as if it were an arrear of land revenue.

Lodging of Caveat s/225B up land Revenue

  • (1) Where an application is expected to be made in any suit, appeal, revision or other proceeding under this Code.
  • Any person claiming the right to oppose the application, may, either personally or through his counsel.
  • After serving a copy of caveat through registered post on the person by whom the application is expected to be made.
  • Lodge a caveat in the court in respect thereof.

Notice in writing to the caveator

  • (2) Where a caveat has been lodged and notice thereof has been served.
  • The applicant shall, when presenting the application in court, furnish proof of having given prior notice.
  • Notice in writing to the caveator or his counsel of the date on which the application is proposed to be presented.
  • (3) If any caveat is filed under this section, the entry of the same shall be made in the register of caveat in the manner prescribed.
